Kathy Bockman, Owner/President
After leaving a career in Corrections and Security, I found myself in need of a job. After searching for two years I found I couldn’t beg, borrow or steal a job that was both meaningful and local. So, I bought one. By undertaking this challenge, I am working to bring industry and jobs to Lincoln County. I believe that experienced workers from any industry can make a significant contribution in this business, and by bringing production and management of CCC to Lincoln County, I will provide a wide range of skilled and professional jobs for local talent.

I have worked for a number of small businesses in the past, and observed effective and ineffective management skills. It is my intention to use my entrepreneurial skills to manage a company that treats employees and customers with the utmost respect. We believe that we must provide a great work environment to ensure that employees are able to produce quality work.

Amy Gaskill, Sales & Operations
I spent 17 years working in Human Resources for Fortune 500 companies in various industries including manufacturing, forestry, retail and apparel. While I enjoyed the responsibility of helping people in the workplace, I found that the more my career advanced, the more distant I felt from the individuals I wanted to help. I was fortunate to be able to take a “break” from my career and work in an entrepreneurial role for a small business, which allowed me to combine my business knowledge and my passion for customer service while I decided what I wanted to do next. Working with my mom, Kathy, at Country Cabin Creations is just the opportunity I was looking for! My HR background has given me a perspective on the various roles and processes within any business, and I’m pleased to use that experience in a hands-on role with CCC.
